WHO AM I?

Welcome!

My name is Alexandra Zimmermann, I am a qualified social pedagogue specialising in corporate social work.

After more than 15 years in this field at a global chemical company, I decided to start my own consulting business to support not only various companies in their development & transformation, but also private individuals.

I have successfully supported people in many different consulting situations and worked with them to develop their individual paths.

Consulting

Individual and personal counseling with an appreciative attitude to help you with your specific challenges and points of clarification and to find practical solutions that you already have within you.

One hour of counseling (60 min) costs 80 EURO plus VAT.

Couple Counseling

I am happy to help you with conflicts in your relationship - I am the impartial third party. I support you in improving your communication and mutual understanding. So that you can rediscover the common goal in your relationship!

I charge EUR 120 plus VAT per session for couples counseling.

Coaching

Coaching is a very individual process in which I am happy to accompany you, as this form of support is one of the most effective measures in counseling. This method is aimed at you if you have points of clarification in both your private and professional life and would like to develop yourself further by asking specific questions.

A coaching session (approx. 1.5 hours) costs 120 EURO plus VAT.

employee assistance program (EAP)

In corporate social work, I support employees with individual problems. These can be both private and professional issues. For entrepreneurs and employers, the EAP is an excellent opportunity to maintain employee performance, reduce absenteeism and develop a positive and appreciative corporate culture through counseling, seminars and workshops.

I would be happy to provide you with an individual offer as required.

The aim of this multi-part training course is to deal with individual crisis situations and crisis intervention in groups following loss events. CISM is a method for supporting people who have been involved in traumatic events that have affected them emotionally and/or physically.
